JulieG Polish: Freshly Squeezed

Hi Beauties and Happy Thursday!

So if you didn't notice, lately I've been a bit obsessed with the JulieG Polishes. They are affordable, great quality and they last. I really want every polish in the line!
This is one of my newest. When I first saw it it didn't grab my attention as much until I picked it up and noticed the shimmer. I had to have it after that. It is a really fun shade but it is pretty sheer so you will need about 3-4 coats depending on your preference. I use 3 thick coats and it works for me.

This retails for $3.99 at Rite Aid or www.jessesgirlcosmetics.com

Look at that gorgeous shimmer!

Isn't it pretty. It is even better when the sunlight hits it.

Julie G Polish: Gelato in Venice

This is one I have wanted for a long time. There was a few times it was sold out but I have no clue why I didn't buy it the couple times I did see it. Maybe thinking I have so many of this type of color I hesitated a little bit. Then finally I couldn't take it anymore. I had to have this color and so glad I bought it. It is so pretty on and perfect for springtime.

Retails for $3.99 at Rite Aid or www.jessesgirlcosmetics.com

Color Club: Wild Cactus

Hi Beauties!
PR Sample

This is such a creamy green color. Goes on smoothly and opaque in 2 coats. I really love this green and think its a great one to have if your looking to add some new greens to your collection. I think this is a great color for nail art such as dots because its a darker and not sheer like others. I want to play with it some more to see what I can do.

You can purchase it: HERE for $6.00

JulieG's Frosted Gumdrop Collection

Hi Beauties!

I have an amazing nail polish collection to show you. This is JulieG's newest and they do not disappoint. It seems like these textured polishes are the big thing right now. Once OPI came out with liquid sands, I started noticing more brands coming out with their own take on it. Personally out of the ones I've tried, these are my favorite. They have the effect, they sparkle, and they are just gorgeous. They have fun names too which always makes a polish better!

Just a little tidbit: To get full affect do not apply base or top coat and let polish dry a few minutes before applying next coat. For me, they all were good with 2 coats.

You can find these on Jesses girl website or Rite Aid.
They retail for $3.99
Purchase: HERE

I don't even know which to pick as a favorite! I really love them all. If you can get your hands on these, do it!

Ruby Wing: Poppy

Ruby Wing is a brand I haven't tried till now. They are manufactured by the same brand as Color Club so I knew they would be a great brand to try. Then reading up on them I found out they are color changing and scented. How fun is that!

This one is so pretty in the bottle so I knew regardless if it changed or not I would love it. Its such a pretty pink color.

Just a tidbit. You can use your favorite base coat and topcoat. It won't affect the color changing qualities of this polish.

This polish retails for $10.00
Purchase: HERE

March ipsy bag

Hi Beauties!

This months ipsy bag was another good one. Not my favorite of all but I enjoyed most and have yet to use a couple things.

Love the makeup bag it came in. So cute.

Julie G Polish: Bikini

This polish is gorgeous! Such a bright fun summery color that I am already loving. It looks wonderful on toes too. Formula wise, it is decent. It can be a little streaky so it takes a good 3-4 coats to be opaque for me. It's such a great color that I don't mind that at all! Julie G's polish line continues to impress me and am determined to have them all!

You can find this polish at Rite Aid or on Jessesgirlcosmetics.com
Retails for $3.99

Is this a color you would wear?

RoseMarie Shadows Review + look

Hi Beauties!

I'm not a huge mineral or loose eyeshadow fan. I don't dislike them, they just tend to be really messy. However, they are some of the best colors I have seen.
RoseMarie Shadows owner contacted me about sending me some samples to try. I figured I would give it a go and see what I thought. There are some GORGEOUS colors in her etsy shop and I can say I am very pleased with what she sent.  She was also very nice to let me pick a couple extra to try if I chose too. I picked a mint green because I need that color in my collection.

Ok, lets get to the fun part.

Look at how gorgeous they all are! The one with no sticker is actually a blush but its a bit too sparkly for me so I like it as a shadow.

These are wonderful shadows and very pigmented. They can be a bit messy if applied wrong.
The best way to apply is with a flat brush, tap excess off then apply in a patting motion. You'll get the great color of the shadow but less fallout.

Now for the look, I used sea turtle on my eyelids,
Mermaid as the outer lid area, and Snowflake as browbone highlight as well as inner eye corner highlight. I love how this look turned out!

Definitely check out her etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/rosemarieshadows
Not only does she have tons of great colors but they are all very affordable. They are also made fresh when you order. I already have a few that I want to order!

Have you tried any of these shadows?

*These were sent to me free for review.

Sinful Colors: Sugar Rush Collection

Hi Beauties!

I have the gorgeous Sugar Rush collection to show you from Sinful Colors. As soon as I started hearing/seeing this collection online, I knew I needed them all. I decide to stop at Walgreen's to see if they were out yet and lucky me, they were! The lady working there said she just put them out. Perfect timing.
I love how most of them have a slight shimmer to them. Not super noticeable but very pretty when you do see it. The only thing I thought was weird is this is the Sugar Rush collection so of course all cute names except the yellow...Unicorn. I guess its a re-release of an older polish? Well I thought "why not come out with something else that fits with the collection?!" Oh well, happy to have it anyways.
Formula wise, they are great. Some better than others and they can get a bit thick. Most of these need multiple coats but the outcome is totally worth it.

Sweet Tooth is a pretty lilac with shimmer. This was 3 coats.

Candy coated look more blue in the picture but in person its a nice purple with shimmer.
This is 2 coats

Cotton candy is a bubblegum pink with shimmer. Love it!
This is 3 coats.

Sugar N Spice is a hot pink with shimmer. Seemed to dry more matte than the others. This will be a perfect summer color.
This is 2 coats

Sugar Rush might be my favorite. It is such a pretty blue color.
This is 3 coats

Sweet Nothing is a bit darker in person.
This is 2 coats

Orange Cream really reminds me of an Orange cream drink or something. It is gorgeous and has shimmer in it. This my be a tie for my favorite!
This is 3 coats

Unicorn is such a pretty buttery yellow but a bit streaky.
It needs 3-4 coats for my liking

Overall, I am very happy with all these pretty colors. Perfect for spring and summer.
Stay tuned for an exciting post featuring this set!! :)
