Revlon Parfumerie Collection Swatches{Picture Heavy}

Hi Beauties!

After posting about Ginger Melon from the Revlon Parfumerie line, I figured I would just do one big post with all the swatches for the ones I have. I am so close to having the whole Revlon Parfumerie collection. Those last few have been a little harder to find for some reason.
If your looking for some new polishes, definitely check these out. They have wonderful formula, brushes are great and they smell good. I suggest looking out for sales. I know Ulta does a lot of buy one get one half off(I've done that with most of these) and Fred Myers has coupons a lot as well. So that is the best way to do it!

There is something for everyone. They are just so gorgeous. Can't wait till I complete my collection of these beauties.

Is there a collection where you must have them all?

My new Zoya's

Hi Beauties!

Whenever Zoya does a promo, 9 times out of 10 I am all for it and getting my hands on some new polish. They are such a great company, you can tell they value their customers. So their recent promo was basically 3 polishes for $12. So, What do I do....get 6 of course! My total actually came to $27 but what an awesome deal for 6 new Zoya's. The hardest part was choosing. There are so many colors I don't have from them yet so it took me a bit to finally get my 6.

I chose:
(Click polish names to take you to their page on Zoya.com)
Marley: A beautiful light lavender with a little silver shimmer to it.

Normani: This color was so different than I expected but I love it!

Brigitte:  Such a gorgeous mauve cream color. I am loving this color!

Zuza: Its a turquoise with silver shimmer...Ummm, its gorgeous!

Payton: A plummy color with holo glitter...Yup, you need this one.

Storm: Black with lots of holo glitter. When the sun hits it, you won't be able to look at anything else but your nails. Its such a beautiful polish.

As you can see, I really love them all. They are all beautiful on and have great formula. I think I have only came across 1 or 2 zoya's where I didn't care for the formula. That's awesome for a brand! I can't wait for the next promo Zoya does!

Did you get any Zoya's during this promo?

City Color HD Powder

Hi Beauties!

Its one of those never ending battles, finding the perfect setting powder. So many that its hard to choose. I have oily skin so anything that can set it and make me look a little less shiny through the day is what I am looking for.
So, when City Color sent me this HD powder, I was so excited to see how it would work for me. I am always up for trying new City Color products. They are affordable and 9 times out of 10 I fall in love with the product.

This retails for $4.99. It is made from 100% silica powder and is preservative free.
It has a matte finish and can be used alone or to set(the way I use it).
Purchase: HERE

You can see from the pictures it is very white but don't be scared because it blends in nicely, not leaving a white cast. The last picture is right after applying it. It gives me the matte finish without any cakey appearance. It feels smooth, silky, and a little goes a long way.
The only part of my face I don't care to use this on is my under eye area. It seems to fall in my eye lines a little more than other setting powders.
Also, it isn't travel friendly. Being it is in a sifter style container it can get a bit messy.
This has been my go to for setting my foundation though. I really love the results and the fact that the matte isn't overwhelming like other matte powders I have tried. It lasts about 4-5 hours before I feel the need to blot or re-powder. I can't say this is my new HG setting powder but I am really happy with it and would purchase it when this jar is gone. That will take a long time though!

Revlon Ginger Melon Polish

Hi Beauties!

Sorry for the lack of posting, I had to reboot myself and deal with some things. I feel like I need to get back into now, not only to post but because it truly is a stress reliever for me. I love blogging and chatting with you.

Anyways, you know those collections that come out and you must get them all? Well, these Revlon Parfumerie polishes are all a must in my book. I am on a mission to get them all! So you will see lots of these polishes until I get them all.

Not only do they smell like what they are named but they go on beautifully. Yes, some are trickier than others but I don't even mind those ones at all. They have wonderful formula and I love the packaging!

You can find them at drugstores as well as many other stores like target, Fred Meyers, etc. They retail around $5-6 each. I have bought most of mine at Ulta when they have the buy one get one half off sale.

This is Ginger Melon. Opaque in 2 coats and just gorgeous!

Have you tried these polishes yet?
